However, if your membership level has a price increase for 2026, we kindly ask that you pay the difference to continue enjoying your benefits. Look for an email in early 2026 featuring member benefits and other important information.

Dear Member:

I hope this finds you doing well and getting ready for an exciting 2026.

I’m pleased to share that our 2025 membership drive produced wonderful results, which is great for the scholarship fund and the organizations Houston GPA supports.  A big thanks to all members for making 2025 a fantastic year.

In summary of 2025, the membership drive raised over $140,000, and 75% went towards scholarships.  Here are some membership stats:

About Houston GPA (HGPA)

The Houston GPA Midstream (HGPA) is a non-profit organization consisting of professionals who work within the midstream oil and natural gas industry in or near the Texas Gulf Coast.  One of the HGPA’s primary objectives is to help develop qualified personnel for the midstream industry by awarding scholarships to engineering and technical students at area universities. To further the mission of our organization, we need support from companies like yours, which operate assets or provide services and equipment to the midstream industry.  We achieve that objective through an annual fund-raising program for scholarship donations.

In an effort to grow HGPA membership and bolster support for HGPA scholarships, we invite your company to join us in helping to develop these future resources through a corporate membership for the annual 2026 HGPA fiscal year. The HGPA has very little administrative overhead because it is governed and operated by elected volunteer professionals from the midstream oil and natural gas industry, allowing us to dedicate a significant percentage of your sponsorship dollars to the HGPA scholarship fund.

Corporate Memberships

For Bronze level and above in 2026, we are developing exciting new opportunities to promote education and networking in our industry.  These events will be finalized based on sponsorships, but in general will include:

• Executive Roundtable Event: The intent of this annual event is to encourage informal open communication and continued networking between key stakeholders at owner/operator companies and contractor/supplier companies.  Topics to be discussed include industry trends, best practices, lessons learned, etc.
• Shop/Field Tours: The goal of this program is to support continued education and firsthand experience for individuals with less than 5 years of industry experience.  Organized shop tours and field visits will be scheduled to allow people to see how skids are fabricated, packages put together, and ultimately how all of it comes together in the field.
• Mentor/Protégé program: The intent of this program is to offer continued education, assistance, and networking for individuals with less than 5 years of industry experience in an effort to support career development.  Mentors will include individuals with 10+ years of experience at owner/operator companies and supplier companies.
• National Convention Dinner/Holiday Mixer: The intent of this is to allow the HGPA BOD to thank stakeholders from sponsor companies for their support in a fun and relaxed dinner setting.
• Community Outreach: HGPA will organize & coordinate events (~2 per year) for Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors to participate in, such as the Houston Soup Kitchen, Habitat for Humanity, Camp Hope, and Kids Meals Inc.

In addition:

• For all Corporate Membership levels, your company logo will be prominently listed as a sponsor on the HGPA website.
• For all Corporate Membership levels, your company logo will be displayed at all fundraising events.
• We will recognize your company’s contribution at our meetings.

*New ideas/events are always being considered to generate more value for your involvement in HGPA.

BONUS:

• Platinum members get a 72-hour early bird registration for all fundraising events. 
• Gold members get a 48-hour early bird registration for all fundraising events. 
• Silver members get a 24-hour early bird registration for all fundraising events.
