He subsequently advanced to Maintenance Planner and then Maintenance Coordinator, assuming progressively greater responsibility for maintenance planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and operational execution. His continued professional growth ultimately led to a role as Project Manager, where he combined his hands-on technical background with his experience in maintenance, logistics, coordination, and leadership to plan and execute complex projects.

Building upon his military leadership and extensive industrial experience, Daigle continued his civilian career with Arnold Construction, where he now serves as Director of Operations. In this capacity, he draws upon more than two decades of experience in leadership, maintenance, logistics, project management, and operational execution to lead organizational operations, develop teams, manage resources, and drive the successful execution of company priorities and projects.

Throughout his military and civilian careers, Sergeant Major Daigle has built his leadership philosophy around technical competence, accountability, operational excellence, and the development of people. His professional journey has taken him from maintaining combat equipment and leading Marines at the small-unit level to managing complex projects, directing civilian operations, advising foreign partner forces, and serving as the senior enlisted advisor of a Marine reconnaissance battalion. Having served at nearly every level of an organization, he brings a leadership perspective grounded in understanding the mission, taking care of people, building capable teams, setting and maintaining high standards, and ensuring organizations are prepared to execute when called upon.
