The 2025 HGPA Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament is on Monday, November 3rd, at Hearthstone Country Club in Houston, TX. On the event day, registration will open at 7:30 am, followed by an 8:30 am shotgun start. Post-tournament, we will host a happy hour event with cocktail stations, food, and music from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

Sponsorship includes (1) team and company logo on clubhouse signage. The sponsor can choose to bring a trailer for cooking at the clubhouse or pay the course to provide food for the post-tournament happy hour event.

Sponsorship includes (1) team, company logo on clubhouse signage, the course-provided drink cart, and drink tickets for the players. Alcohol must be purchased directly from the golf course at an additional price to the sponsorship.

Sponsorship includes (1) Hole Sponsorship, (1) golf cart, company logo on team photos, and company logo on clubhouse signage. The sponsor is responsible for providing the photographer and photo printing. HGPA can provide a contact for this service.
