Corporate membership packages include a set number of individual memberships and other perks. \n\n\n\n\nCHECK MEMBERSHIP STATUS\n\n\n\n\n\n\nABOUT RALPH NEUMANN\n\n\n\n\nRalph spent the early part of his career working for several firms in the engineering construction business\, both internationally and domestically.  He began as a process engineer specializing in natural gas processing and progressed to engineering management and project engineering roles.  The next part of his career was spent working for natural gas processing operating companies where he managed both engineering and operations groups.  Most recently\, Ralph has held engineering and operations roles with several private equity-backed startup companies.  He served as an instructor for John M. Grimes has served as Chief Operating Officer at LBC Tank Terminals since 2017.  Prior to his promotion to COO\, John served as Business President\, Americas for LBC.  In total John has worked at LBC for 26 years holding various operational and administrative positions.  Prior to joining LBC\, John worked for Paktank Corporation for 14 years therefore in total John has 40 years of experience working in the storage terminal industry. \n\n\n\nIn his current role\, John is responsible for all Operational Excellence activities\, Corporate Social Responsibility activities\, Personal & Process Safety performance\, and for providing oversight for all capital projects including growth projects\, Sustainability projects\, and Maintenance CAPEX projects. \n\n\n\nIn terms of Growth and Sustainability related activities\, John is providing oversight to a number of growth and improvement projects required to fully digitalize the Terminal operational activities including digitized automated Truck Slot Booking\, Driver pre-registration\, and increased visibility and improvements of Truck Turnaround Times and Vessel Turnaround Times. \n\n\n\nJohn has previously served as Chairman of the Board for Seabrook Logistics LLC which is a downstream joint venture crude oil terminal operation with Magellan Midstream Partners.  In addition John has served on the Board of the Economic Alliance Port Region since 2016\, and has actively participated as a member of the ILTA  organization. \n\n\n\nOutside of his professional career\, John is engaged with the local community by volunteering with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo serving as a current Vice President since 2023.  John was also elected to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Board of Directors in 2018 and also serves on the Leadership Development Program Board\, and the Vocational Task Force.  John’s current Vice President responsibilities are providing oversight of the Swine Auction\, Corporate Development\, Ranching & Wildlife\, and Armed Forces Appreciation committees and their planned activities and operating budgets.  In addition to his volunteer commitments\, John co-founded the American Craniofacial Association charity in 2017 which is a 501 (c)(3) organization with a mission to provide financial assistance to families of children that need medical attention to treat any type of facial indifferences\, or to provide needed equipment including wheel chairs or other medical equipment. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister Today!
