As CEO\, Josh leads the Trace team with overall responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s business plan. Josh has a long and proven track record as a successful leader in both the midstream and upstream sectors of the U.S. Energy industry. \n \n \nPrior to founding Trace\, Josh spent five years as SVP of Commercial and Business Development at Howard Energy Partners. During his Tenure at Howard\, Josh lead the commercial development and execution of over $1.5 billion of growth capital projects. Prior to joining Howard\, Josh worked at Southwestern Energy in various midstream and upstream roles. \n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n\n \n \n \nClick Here to Read Full Speaker Bio\n\n\n \n \n \nSergeant Major Alan B. Daigle is a native of Pearland\, Texas\, with more than two decades of military and civilian leadership experience spanning combat operations\, maintenance and logistics\, foreign security cooperation\, project management\, and organizational operations. His career reflects a steady progression from hands-on technical roles to positions of increasing leadership and responsibility in both the United States Marine Corps and the private sector. He currently serves as the Command Senior Enlisted Advisor for 4th Reconnaissance Battalion\, 4th Marine Division\, while also serving as Director of Operations at Arnold Construction. \n \n \nSergeant Major Daigle’s personal awards include the Purple Heart; Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with two gold stars in lieu of third award; Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with one gold star in lieu of second award; Combat Action Ribbon; Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal with two bronze stars in lieu of third award; Selected Marine Corps Reserve Medal; Armed Forces Reserve Medal with Mobilization Device; and Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal.  \n\n\n \n \nMEMBER REGISTRATION!\n \n \nYou need to be logged in to view the rest of the content.
