The cost also includes a ticket for the luncheon immediately following training. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSPEAKER\n\n\n\nRalph Neumann – Midstream Process Engineering Consultant \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAGENDA\n\n\n\nHydrocarbon liquids (NGL) extraction is at the core of our midstream industry.  In the next session of our Overview of Gas Processing Series\, we examine the major technologies used to produce NGL from gathered feed streams.  \n\n\n\n\nWe will look briefly at the renewed popularity of mechanical refrigeration plants. \n\n\n\nWe will compare various modern expander plant technologies including basic refluxed demethanizers and popular variations for ultra-high propane recovery during ethane rejection and ultra-high ethane recovery.  \n\n\n\nWe will also look at trends in condensate stabilizer design as well as the principles of separation of NGL into various purity products at fractionation complexes like Mont Belvieu.\n\n\n\n\nThis session will conclude our 5-part training series on the Overview of Gas Processing! Corporate membership packages include a set number of individual memberships and other perks. \n\n\n\n\nCHECK MEMBERSHIP STATUS\n\n\n\n\n\n\nABOUT RALPH NEUMANN\n\n\n\n\nRalph spent the early part of his career working for several firms in the engineering construction business\, both internationally and domestically.  He began as a process engineer specializing in natural gas processing and progressed to engineering management and project engineering roles.  The next part of his career was spent working for natural gas processing operating companies where he managed both engineering and operations groups.  Most recently\, Ralph has held engineering and operations roles with several private equity-backed startup companies.  He served as an instructor for John M. He has gained 19 years of experience with KM as vice president\, director and manager. He has built 40 years of experience serving in oil & gas\, manufacturing\, consulting and military assignments. Dayton also holds engineering degrees from Texas A&M University and Missouri S&T University. He is an Army veteran and has served on various elected and volunteer community boards. Dayton has been married for 40 years with five children and two grandchildren. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale is a Texas-grown phenomenon who knows how to “Save You Money\, TODAY!” \n\n\n\nIn 1981\, Mack and his wife\, Linda\, started Gallery Furniture with five thousand dollars and a dream. Mack began television advertising with his motto of “early to bed\, early to rise\, work like hell and advertise\,” he quickly became a household name. With three locations\, Gallery Furniture has been top in the nation for many years selling the most furniture and mattresses per square foot. \n\n\n\nOver the years Mack has received countless awards\, most notably the volunteer service award “Points of Light” awarded personally by former President George H.W. Bush. Mack’s strong work ethic is matched only by his philanthropy and believes “we all have the responsibility for the well-being of our community.”  \n\n\n\nPast charitable contributions include: providing shelter for hundreds displaced by Hurricane Harvey and hosted countless relief efforts following the disaster; as well as supplied Houstonians with cleaning materials\, clothing\, water and food. Mack hosts the Annual Christmas Giveaways furnishing hundreds of homes for 30+ years. McIngvale has also donated $4+ million to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. He has a passion for supporting health innovations\, including sponsoring the nation’s first Mobile Stroke Unit with The University of Texas Health Science Center in partnership with Memorial Hermann\, Texas Heart Institute\, Baylor College of Medicine\, Harvard Medical School and co-founded the Peace of Mind Foundation for those affected by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. McIngvale has donated millions of dollars of furniture to teacher lounges in Houston-area schools\, Salvation Army\, Habitat for Humanity\, United Way\, hurricane victims\, and more. He helped to raise over $12 million dollars for the Bush/Clinton fund to aid those affected by the Tsunami in Southeast Asia and Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. McIngvale and Gallery Furniture fed 25\,000+ people celebrating Thanksgiving and Easter for countless years.
